The ALRC seeks input on Indigenous issues

The ALRC is seeking comments, ideas and suggestions about how we can better involve Indigenous people and communities in the work of the ALRC. In particular we are seeking ideas about the following activities:

  1. Consultation - how can we broaden our consultation with Indigenous people and encourage more participation in our inquiries—in particular with our latest inquiry into Family Violence? (Find our more about the Family Violence inquiry)

  2. Inquiry selection - any ideas for future law reform inquiries that would be of particular benefit to Indigenous people and communities.

  3. Internship program - how to encourage Indigenous law students to participate in the ALRC’s internship program
