Issues Paper released!

We are delighted to release today the Issues Paper for the Age Barriers to Work Inquiry — Grey Areas: Age Barriers to Work in Commonwealth Laws (ALRC IP 41).

This Issues Paper forms a basis for consultation. It provides background information and highlights relevant issues with respect to each of the areas listed in the Terms of Reference.

We are now making a formal call for submissions from individuals and organisations.

We prefer to receive submissions via the online submission form, but also accept written submissions by email, post or fax. There is more information about how to make submissions, and how the ALRC uses your submissions, on the website.

The closing date for submissions is Thursday 14 June 2012.
